What to expect:

• 10 open-ended questions
• Coverage of all elements of the People competence area — 1 question for each element
• Time limit: 2 hours, complete the test in one sitting

What you will receive:

• Evaluation of each answer: scored on a 0–1 scale (with 0.1-point increments), according to the official IPMA scale
• Feedback on 4 criteria:
  1. Relevance to the question — how well the answer addresses the task at hand, what is correct, what is missing.
  2. Depth and logic of argumentation — soundness and consistency of reasoning, recommendations for strengthening arguments.
  3. Completeness of the answer — coverage of all aspects of the question, points to be added.
  4. Clarity and structure — ease of perception, recommendations for improving the organisation and clarity of presentation.
