What to expect:
- 13 open-ended questions
- Coverage of all elements of the Practice competence area — 1 question for each element
- Time limit: 2 hours 36 minutes, the test is completed in one sitting
What you will receive as a result:
- Assessment: on a scale of 0–1 points with increments of 0.1 points, in accordance with the official IPMA – SOVNET scale
- Feedback on 4 criteria:
- Relevance to the question — how well the answer addresses the task at hand, what is correct, what is missing.
- Depth and logic of argumentation — soundness and consistency of reasoning, recommendations for strengthening arguments.
- Completeness of the answer — coverage of all aspects of the question, points to be added.
- Clarity and structure — ease of perception, recommendations for improving the organisation and clarity of presentation.
